Grading process

Our restaurant grading process is based on four key criteria: Food Quality, Service, Atmosphere, and Budget Friendliness. Each category is scored out of 5, with 5 being exceptional and 1 being poor.

  1. Food Quality (5/5)
    • Taste: Balanced flavors, freshness, and ingredient quality.
    • Presentation: Visual appeal and creativity.
    • Execution: Proper cooking techniques and consistency across dishes.
  2. Service (5/5)
    • Attentiveness: Staff responsiveness and professionalism.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with the menu, including ingredients and recommendations.
    • Efficiency: Timeliness of service without feeling rushed.
  3. Atmosphere (5/5)
    • Ambiance: Overall vibe, including lighting, music, and decor.
    • Comfort: Seating arrangement, cleanliness, and noise levels.
    • Uniqueness: Whether the setting adds to the dining experience.
  4. Budget Friendliness
    • Evaluates whether the experience matches the price point.
    • $10 – $20 for “Cheap Eats”
